Classification of blast furnace internal state based on FLS and its application in furnace temperature prediction

چکیده

The real-time and accurate prediction of the molten iron silicon content blast furnace plays an important role in regulating temperature stabilizing condition. When time is large, accuracy credibility forecast results decrease rapidly, which not conducive to on-site operators carry out production operations according results. To this end, paper adds a state variable each piece data through flexible least square parameter estimation method, selects training set similar test sample. This makes selection more reliable. Application examples show that method proposed improves has good guiding significance for actual operations.
